Itoffers a unique opportunity to build and advance technical andprocurement expertise, contribute with innovative ideas and strengthenkey soft skills in a dynamic, high-impact environment.If you're curious, agile, bold, and passionate about solving problemsand driving efficiency, this category will offer a dynamic and rewardingenvironment to thrive and make a real impactThe Hybrid Paper Global Procurement Senior Analyst will report to theHybrid Paper Sr. Procurement Manager and serve as the subject matterexpert for the Hybrid Paper solutions within PepsiCos North AmericaFoods and Beverages Divisions. This individual will play a key role insupporting the execution of sub-categories sourcing strategies,developing and delivering productivity projects, establishing andgrowing strategic supplier partnerships, executing sustainabilityprograms and driving Value Engineering and Cost projects across multiplebrands. This role will also contribute to the larger Paperboard Categoryteam in supporting wide initiatives such as should-cost modelling anddigitalization.Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day requirements of $120MM portfolio, ensuringcompliance, pricing updates and critical operations functions arecompleted in a timely manner. Support the creation, maintenance and evolution of commercialrelationships with the Hybrid Paper suppliers across Foods andBeverage's divisions. Lead the creation and the enhancements in data management withsuppliers and cross-functional teams to improve accuracy, alignment,standardization, digitalization and operational efficiency. Develop analytical models, dashboards to identify cost,specification, and standardization opportunities across package formatsand suppliers. Execute RFI/RFP and Negotiations with suppliers. Present and execute value engineering projects. Support the creationof pipeline. Support the category efforts to implement Should Cost Model, SpendHQ, FORCER and other digital tools. Support PepsiCos sustainability agenda to deliver PEP+ goals for thecategory. Coordinate with cross-functional partners including Procurementteams, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to ensure smooth pensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$80,200 - $134,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% ofannual salary paid out annually. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, packaging, supplychain, or related functions. Experience with leading RFI/RFP and negotiation. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and treat largeamounts of data for strategic decision-making. Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems. PowerBIexperience is desirable. Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills;capable of driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates a strong intellectual curiosity and a continuousimprovement mindset; proactively challenges the status quo to driveinnovation and efficiency. Brings an agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, pivotquickly in response to evolving priorities, and drive progress infast-paced, dynamic environments.
