Our client, a world-renowned architectural visualization studio, is looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to join their NY team This is a hybrid onsite / remote role, and will be onsite at their Brooklyn office 3 days per week (2 days WFH).experience in real estate, interior design, and or architecture required a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }Role OverviewThe Business Development Associate will assist in cultivating new client relationships and identifying business opportunities across key markets.Skills Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with research, outreach, and client engagement Proactive, self-directed, and able to take ownership of projects Experience or interest in architecture, design, or real estate is a plusMain Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify developers, architects, brokers, and emerging real estate projects Support outreach efforts, including drafting emails, following up with leads, and initiating conversations with prospective clients Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings Assist in responding to inquiries and preparing proposals and quotes Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of contacts, outreach efforts, and opportunities Provide ongoing support to the Business Development team in managing the pipeline and day-to-day coordinationCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an effective communicator. You should be comfortable with research, outreach, and client interaction, and motivated to grow within business development. An interest or background in architecture, design, or real estate is preferred. You take initiative, work well independently, and follow tasks through to this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
