Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of transactions. Responsibilities: u2022 Record and post cash payments, wire transfers, and other financial transactions to maintain accurate accounts receivable records. u2022 Monitor and update the accounts receivable log to ensure all transactions are properly documented. u2022 Prepare and distribute past-due statements to clients and follow up on outstanding payments. u2022 Conduct conflict and trust checks in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. u2022 Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and resolve payment issues. u2022 Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for efficient data management. u2022 Generate reports related to accounts receivable activity to support financial analysis. u2022 Assist in improving accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements u2022 Associateu2019s degree in Accounting or higher is required. u2022 Proficiency in accounts receivable processes, including billing, cash applications, and collections. u2022 Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial record-keeping. u2022 Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel. u2022 Ability to perform conflict and trust checks with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. u2022 Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. u2022 Experience in a legal or law firm environment is a plus.
