Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction project in El Paso, TX. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring site safety compliance, enforcing safety procedures, and proactively supporting a high-risk, fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate brings strong BCSP credentials and hands-on experience managing safety on hyperscale data center or similar large industrial build projects. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Enforce and maintain site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures u2003u2022 Lead and support safety practices, hazard identification, and risk mitigation u2003u2022 Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations during night operations u2003u2022 Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations u2003u2022 Partner closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and safety teams u2003u2022 Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety standards u2003u2022 Act as a visible safety presence during swing/night shift activities We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
