Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Production Manager to lead dayu2011tou2011day operations for the legacy rooftop air conditioner division in Longview. This role oversees roughly 400 employees and two Assistant Production Managers, driving throughput, safety, quality, and overall operational performance. The Production Manager is a handsu2011on leader with a strong floor presence, partnering closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to meet production goals.
