Overview The Entry-Level Test and Balance (TAB) Technician assists in testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems to ensure proper airflow and system performance. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, this role supports measurements, basic diagnostics, and documentation while learning industry standards and safety practices.This role supports HVAC and exhaust system balancing in a manufacturing environment. The technician will gain hands-on experience collecting field data, troubleshooting basic airflow issues, and ensuring work aligns with project requirements and customer expectations. Pay: $21.00/hour u2013 $25.00/hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
