Description Overview The Corporate Paralegal provides high-level support to attorneys on corporate governance, financings, and transactional matters. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting complex corporate transactions from start to finish. For this role, a Paralegal certificate or 3+ years of experience is highly preferred. As Corporate Paralegal, you'll be in-office full-time in Sunnyvale, CA.
