Description Chris Preble from Robert Half is working with a Binghamton client of his that has been growing a lot. This is a newly created Warehouse Manager role to lead operational activities. This position is 1st shift - daytime working hours. 8:30 am - 5pm. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in managing production support, distribution, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will champion efficiency, ensure quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee daily operations to meet goals related to productivity, quality, and service standards. u2022 Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. u2022 Manage staffing, equipment, and materials to support operational objectives effectively. u2022 Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies. u2022 Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance operational outcomes. u2022 Foster a workplace culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. u2022 Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and address basic troubleshooting needs. u2022 Drive initiatives to optimize logistics, warehouse management, and operational workflows. u2022 Coordinate production and distribution activities to meet business demands.
