If Trust Safety Analyst sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now Responsibilities for Trust Safety Analyst include but are not limited to: u00b7 Lead complex Trust & Safety analysis & mitigation efforts - Identify, analyze, and address sensitive content risks and abuse/harmu2011related issues in AI products. u00b7 Drive crossu2011functional projects & strategy - Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, UX, Research, and Operations to shape strategies for responsible AI and sensitive content handling. u00b7 Develop evaluation programs & testing frameworks - Create methods to assess AI outputs, measure risks, and track program effectiveness. u00b7 Manage escalations & incident response - Act as subjectu2011matter expert during highu2011priority incidents and guide teams on mitigation steps. u00b7 Produce insights, reports & recommendations - Prepare detailed analysis on user impact, abuse vectors, trends, and recommend operational or policy improvements. Candidates for Trust Safety Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered: u00b7 6u20138 years of experience - Background in Trust & Safety, data analytics, policy, cybersecurity, strategy, or related fields. u00b7 Strong analytical & problemu2011solving skills - Ability to perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and translate insights into actions. u00b7 Project management expertise - Skilled at planning, driving timelines, managing risks, and leading crossu2011functional initiatives. u00b7 Excellent collaboration & communication - Capable of partnering with global stakeholders and delivering clear executiveu2011level communication. u00b7 Technical fluency - Comfortable with data tools, machine learning concepts, and operational improvement frameworks.
