Production Operator Pay: $18.50 per hour, weekly pay Shift: 2:30 PM u2013 11:00 PM Training: 6:30 AM u2013 2:30 PM (1u20132 weeks classroom training) We are hiring a Production Operator to assist with the manufacturing of electro-mechanical products. This position involves operating machinery, following work instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities: + Operate and monitor production equipment + Adjust machine settings as needed + Perform basic machine maintenance + Follow written instructions and safety procedures + Assist team members as needed Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED + 1u20132 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred + Basic computer and math skills + Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. + Willingness to work overtime if required Pay Details: $18.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
