We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Professional Career Level Process Architecture Professional to grow with our team.As a Process Architecture Professional on our team, youu2019ll be involved in a wide range of activities - from early feasibility studies to production of detail design documents, to rapid technical assistance during construction.We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with clients. Someone who can support our Jacobs Architecture Subject Matter Experts in developing feasibility studies, concept designs, and masterplans. A person who has excellent CAD / BIM skills including being able to prepare 3D visualization images to facilitate client decision making. We also want someone who is able to take design concepts and follow through with the necessary construction documentation, as well as coordinate with in-house engineering disciplines.Bring your creativity, ambitious spirit and extreme attention to detail, and weu2019ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you - so we can deliver extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow, together. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree or higher-level degree from an accredited Architecture school.u2022 Minimum of 8 years of applicable professional experience.u2022 Proficiency in Revit.u2022 Experience with the implementation of the project process including programming, conceptual design, design development, and construction documents.u2022 Ability to work independently.u2022 Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks in support of multiple ongoing projects running concurrently.u2022 Ability to coordinate within a multi-disciplinary team structure - including engaging virtually with team members in different geographic locations.u2022 Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.u2022 Technical knowledge related to the development of construction documents in Revit.u2022 Proficiency in Sketch-Up.u2022 Strong graphic presentation skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) applications.u2022 Proficiency in Navisworks and Revizto.u2022 Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu.u2022 Experience performing construction administration activities - responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing field observation reports, and punchlisting.u2022 United States Citizen.Ideally, Youu2019ll Also Have:u2022 Focus on Life Sciences projects with specific experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.u2022 Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and cGMP requirements.u2022 Familiarity with LEED and / or sustainable strategies.u2022 Involvement in professional and /or community associations.u2022 Business development and marketing experience.u2022 Ability to contribute to the development of new ideas, techniques, and standards.#LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience#LI-SH1Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
