Description We are looking for a skilled ERP Developer to join our team in Wiedman, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise systems, developing custom applications, and providing training to end users. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide comprehensive support for the companyu2019s ERP system, ensuring smooth operation and resolving end-user issues. u2022 Design and maintain web applications that seamlessly interface with the ERP system. u2022 Develop and deliver training materials to educate end users on ERP functionalities and custom applications. u2022 Collaborate with users to identify opportunities for system improvements and implement effective solutions. u2022 Offer technical support for integrated applications and ensure system compatibility. u2022 Conduct project management tasks, including defining requirements, creating scope documents, and mapping processes. u2022 Perform gap analyses to identify areas for system enhancements and develop strategies to address them. u2022 Create and manage SQL queries, procedures, and reports to meet business needs. u2022 Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications to optimize workflows and functionality. u2022 Monitor and report project timelines while ensuring adherence to the software development life cycle. Requirements u2022 Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and related business processes; experience with Oracle R12.2.13 preferred. u2022 Proficiency in programming languages such as PL/SQL, JavaScript, and PHP. u2022 Expertise in developing queries, procedures, and reports using SQL. u2022 Strong experience in full life cycle software development, including requirements gathering and process documentation. u2022 Familiarity with Oracle APIs and integration techniques. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with end users and stakeholders effectively. u2022 Proven ability to manage projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; minimum of 5 years programming and ERP support experience required.
