This is ahands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations, managing a smallteam, and supporting financial reporting? with strong opportunity forlong-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operationsincluding AP, AR, payroll, and GL management Lead month-end close,reconciliations, and preparation/review of financial statements Managebudgets, forecasts, and project financial performance analyses Overseeinternal controls, audits, and cash management processes Coordinateexternal audits and support regulatory and utility compliance reportingAdminister inventory and material acquisition controls Serve as a keyfinance partner and backup to the Finance Director Support ERPimplementation and ongoing systems improvements Requirements RequiredQualifications & Experience: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance,or related field 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ yearssupervising staff Solid knowledge of GASB/GAAP, financial reporting, andinternal controls Experience in municipal, co-op, or energy utilityservice environments Advanced Excel skills and comfortable withaccounting systems Able to clearly communicate complex financialinformation to leadership Pluses: CPA or CPA candidate ERPimplementation experience If you meet the minimum requirements and wouldlike to learn more, please email your resume to AH0013373636.
