CNC Machinist location - Agawam, Massachusetts, USA 49920 USD - 72800USD/year Hiring for CNC Machinist inpaying up to $32 per hour We areseeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team for both day andovernight shifts. Our production primarily serves the aerospace andmedical industries, requiring precision and expertise. Your role willinvolve setting up, running, and troubleshooting machinery, ensuringtight tolerances, and performing inspections on all products. A minimumof two years of experience in CNC Milling or Lathe operations isrequired, along with a willingness to manage various tasks andcommunicate effectively with our engineering team. ResponsibilitiesPerform complex CNC machine setups and operations. Troubleshoot andresolve machinery issues. Maintain tight tolerances and perform productinspections. Complete necessary paperwork and uphold safety regulations.Report defective materials or processes. Adjust to customer demands andhandle small to medium-sized aerospace components. Essential SkillsExperience running and setting up CNC Mill or Lathe, with SwissMachinery experience being a significant advantage. Ability to work withvery tight tolerances (+/- thousandths of an inch). Proficiency introubleshooting machinery. Experience working with aluminum or stainlesssteel. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Additional Skills &Qualifications Experience with Swiss Machinery. Ability to perform lightedits and zero out a machine. Familiarity with micrometers and calipersfor inspections. Why Work Here?
