Description We are looking for an Assistant Controller to support the financial operations and reporting for a well-established service company near Sumter, SC. This role is hands-on role supporting the day-to-day general ledger management, ensuring accurate account reconciliations and related journal entries, and supporting month-end and year end close procedures. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform and review account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations. u2022 Prepare and post journal entries as part of month-end close procedures. u2022 Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related reports. u2022 Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
