In this dynamic player/coach role, you will drive strategic sales engagements while managing and developing a high-performing team of 45 sales specialists. You will play a critical role in shaping regional strategy, overseeing sales campaigns and programs, optimizing workforce productivity, and deepening senior-level client relationships across Investment Managers, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, and Wealth Management organizations.Key Responsibilities: Player/Coach Leadership: Lead by examplepersonally engaging in high-priority deals and client relationships, while coaching and managing your team to exceed ambitious targets. Team Management & Engagement: Recruit, coach, and develop direct reports; ensure the workforce is engaged, productive, and aligned with organizational goals. Build leadership skills within your group to ensure operational effectiveness and organizational growth. Partner with Generalist Sales and Data Solutions Sales Specialists: Work with various generalist account leaders and data solution specialists to develop sales campaigns, account strategies, and overall sales execution against goals. Meet with Program leads to review strategy and goals.
