Position OverviewOur client, a non profit with a goal of advancing women in the workplace, is looking for a Sales Development Associate to join their team full time starting as soon as order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to work onsite in NYC 2 days a week with Wednesdays being the mandatory day, and choosing between Tuesday or Thursday based on the week.As the Sales Development Associate, you will be working under the Executive Director of US Supporter Success to qualify and nurture B2B leads, generate new opportunities, and provide pipeline and sales enablement support. The Sales Development Associate will also be assisting with day to day account management to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Key Responsibilities Engage inbound leads and proactively prospect new opportunities Schedule calls, prepare presentations, and gather company insights to support deal closures Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and presentation materials Maintain accurate records in Salesforce Partner with Relationship Managers to monitor account health, flag risks, and coordinate client touchpointsQualifications 1+ years of B2B sales development experience (fundraising experience preferred) Strong knowledge and understanding of DEI initiatives Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external executives Proficiency in Salesforce; working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Asana Ability to create compelling pitch presentations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both onsite and remotelyIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
