Description Weu2019re partnering with an employment law firm to find an experienced Paralegal to support a busy team of attorneys who represent employers and executives. This is a contractu2011tou2011hire role, with the intent to convert to a permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being handsu2011on with legal documents, understands court filings (state and federal), and wants to work closely with attorneys in a collaborative, boutique firm environment. Youu2019ll be responsible for: + Drafting, formatting, and proofreading pleadings and legal documents + Preparing document templates (such as deposition notices and motions) + Eu2011filing documents in both state and federal courts + Assisting with litigation tasks, including motions and discovery support + Proofreading employmentu2011related agreements (like severance agreements) + Making sure filings are accurate, complete, and submitted correctly the first time This firm works with highu2011level, executiveu2011level clients, so attention to detail and professionalism are extremely important.
