Part-Time Bulk ClerkJOIN US AS A GROCERY AND BULK CLERKWe are looking for an energetic, community-oriented and experienced individual to work as a Bulk Clerk in our Mt. Airy location.u00a0This position is part-time with an anticipated 20-29 hours per week. Open availability is preferred; evening and weekend availability is required.If you have experience working in a team setting and a passion for great customer service, then we want to hear from youResponsibilities Include:- Receive product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy.- Stock, rotate, merchandise and face product according to department procedure.- Maintain back-stock areas according to department standards.- Maintain inventory of perishable and non-perishable products as assigned.- Assist other clerks as needed.- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.- Other duties as assigned by department head.- Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations.- Wears protective clothing as required for position.- Understands and utilizes safe lifting procedures and proper step stools.Requirements- A commitment to the mission and goals of Weavers Way Co-op.- Open availability is preferred- Proven customer service or retail experience is a plus.- Great attention to detail.- Good communication and people skills.- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.- The ability to remain standing for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours.- Be, or become upon hiring, a member in good standing of Weavers Way Co-opSalary Description$16 per hour
