Description We are looking for an experienced Program Senior Manager to lead and oversee large-scale digital transformation initiatives for a global enterprise. This long-term contract position is based in NY, NY, and offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement. The successful candidate will drive the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business impact. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the execution of end-to-end digital transformation projects, including roadmap creation, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation. u2022 Manage the delivery of a comprehensive website relaunch and oversee subsequent global site migrations. u2022 Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and regional teams to ensure seamless program execution. u2022 Establish and maintain clear program governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and escalation pathways. u2022 Drive initiatives to enhance data connectivity, analytics, and performance optimization across the digital ecosystem. u2022 Oversee content migration efforts, ensuring data integrity, site performance, and continuity during transformations. u2022 Provide quarterly executive-level updates on program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. u2022 Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maintain accountability and ensure delivery quality. u2022 Ensure the balance between enterprise standards and localized market needs to enable scalable global rollouts. u2022 Monitor and report on KPIs related to program health, digital performance, and business impact. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale digital or platform transformation programs in global environments. u2022 Demonstrated success in delivering complex website ecosystems, including content migrations and platform implementations. u2022 Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, performance optimization, and martech ecosystems. u2022 Expertise in managing projects within agile or hybrid delivery models. u2022 Proven ability to manage external agencies and system integrators effectively. u2022 Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior executives. u2022 Experience with data connectivity, analytics enablement, and performance optimization. u2022 Familiarity with balancing enterprise standards and local market requirements to achieve scalable solutions.
