Job Description We are looking for a Product Designer to join a dedicated team building and evolving a clinical data platform serving the clinical operations space. You will shape the user experience of web applications that surface insights from complex healthcare datasets u2014 including clinical trials, medical claims, and provider data. This role sits at the intersection of design, data, and clinical operations. You will collaborate closely with product owners, software engineers, and data teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-impact interfaces u2014 designing for both life sciences professionals and technical stakeholders Responsibilities Include: u00b7 Design end-to-end user experiences for applications that present clinical trial data, provider information, and analytical insights u00b7 Conduct user research and usability testing with clinical operations stakeholders to validate design decisions and surface unmet needs u00b7 Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma u00b7 Collaborate with full stack engineers to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency across product surfaces u00b7 Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library that supports rapid iteration u00b7 Work with data analysts and data engineers to design effective data visualizations for large-scale clinical and healthcare datasets u00b7 Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and cross-functional workshops to align design output with business and clinical objectives u00b7 Contribute to discovery and design activities directly with customers and stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
