We are looking for a strategic finance specialist to join our larger finance team supporting the Terminal Business and the Core Product organization. You will be responsible for using our extensive data sources to provide solutions to urgent business questions, financial / operational insight, and reporting. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver a blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modeling, reporting and senior management support to help develop clear, actionable strategic analyses and competitive differentiation plans and processes. Your ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization and strong analytical and communication skills will help you be successful in this role The Finance team provides critical financial advisory to the product teams in support of the business. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a unique blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modeling, reporting and senior management support for a fast-paced and pioneering technology based financial services business. Weu2019ll trust you to play a critical role in: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) u00b7 Manage FP&A activities in accordance with corporate standards and timelines. u00b7 Ensure adherence to financial governance and compliance with organizational processes. u00b7 Assist with the development of internal reporting calendar. u00b7 Oversee headcount planning, resource allocation, and associated reporting. u00b7 Provide insights into workforce optimization and cost-efficiency across business units. u00b7 Proactively identify and implement improvements to existing processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility. Executive Management Reporting u00b7 Support the development of an Executive Management Reporting package to consolidate KPIs, financial metrics, and operational insights into a clear and consistent format for Executive review. u00b7 Collaborate on the creation of quarterly financial updates, annual operating plans (AOP), and other executive-level planning materials. Financial Modeling and Analysis u00b7 Build and maintain product revenue forecasts and cost analysis. u00b7 Develop quantitative financial models to guide business decisions and identify opportunities. u00b7 Conduct research and perform competitor analyses to support strategic positioning and market entry evaluations. KPI Development and Monitoring u00b7 Support the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business performance metrics. u00b7 Analyze operational data and report on business health and performance against targets AI and Innovation Support u00b7 Contribute to change management and innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies. u00b7 Promote a culture of continuous improvement by supporting digital transformation efforts. Market and Industry Intelligence u00b7 Develop a deep understanding of Bloombergu2019s products, customers, competitive environment, and emerging industry trends. u00b7 Synthesize market intelligence into actionable insights that support business innovation and strategic evolution. Youu2019ll need to have: u00b7 5+ years of experience in Fin Tech, Big 4 accounting, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy or related fields u00b7 BA/BS in Finance or related field u00b7 Ability to identify problems, understand the root cause, make recommendations and drive to a solution u00b7 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills u00b7 Solid foundation of finance/accounting concepts and principles u00b7 Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes of issues and projects u00b7 Team player who can work across multiple departments and levels within the company u00b7 Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Business Intelligence tools Weu2019d love to see: u00b7 CPA, CFA or similar accreditation u00b7 Ability to coordinate and execute projects independently, effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and autonomously perform within tight deadlines u00b7 High level of intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn Does this sound like you? Salary Range = 155000 - 205000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
