Description:This position will be supporting both internal Technicians and external vendors through a variety of different avenues including shipping and receiving, inventory, maintenance of equipment and facilities, as well as transporting Company vehicles when needed. This roles core responsibilities will be packing and shipping inventory, as well as Maintaining Equipment and Facilities. Work with other members of the shipping team to get orders completed daily. Includes preparation of large orders for field staff that are critical to set-up of key customers.u00a0u00a0- Clean, repair, fabricate, and maintain various pest control equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve and repair equipment malfunctions. Equipment will include Backpack Sprayers, Insect Lights, and large commercial spray equipment mounted to trucks. Fabrications will include small hand tools, trap guards, and small assembly projects.u00a0- Manage basic communications with vendors to confirm delivery schedules, resolve shipment issues, and handle order discrepancies.- Receive shipments from vendors, verify their accuracy, and update the inventory management system accordingly.- Operate forklift to move product as needed- Transport Company service vehicles and trailers in Plunkett's service area.- Perform building maintenance as needed- Perform daily clean up in the Warehouse.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES- u00a0Work in a safe manner by adhering to OSHA, state requirements, and Plunkett's policies and procedures.- u00a0Participate fully in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and to meet requirements for safety standards.- u00a0Project a friendly, pleasant, courteous, and professional image when dealing with internal and external clients.u00a0- u00a0Adapt quickly to change and work under tight deadlines.u00a0- u00a0Effectively organize work and complete on timely basis.u00a0- u00a0Behave in accordance with Plunkett's commitment, mission statement and vision; follow Company procedures.Requirements:PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (BASED ON ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)Must be able to continuously perform tasks such as, but not limited to, those listed below:- u00a0Lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.
