Email your resume to We are seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day repairs and preventive maintenance. You will be responsible for keeping our building running clean and smoothly. This covers basic tasks including but not limited to electrical, plumbing and painting. Organizing materials and general facility cleanliness. Any task assigned by manager. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility equipment, lighting, plumbing).Hand/Power tool maintenance and repairs. Conduct general carpentry, painting, and facility repairs.Maintain the exterior of the property, including basic landscaping and parking lot upkeep. Organize yard materials. Trash removal and clean up, maintain cleanliness of breakroom and bathrooms daily. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks. Work in all climate conditions, rain, snow heat or cold. Comfortable working on ladders and with heights.Strong organizational skills and focus on details is a must.
