About the Role: Weu2019re looking for a sharp, data-driven Amazon Category Specialist to join our eCommerce team and take ownership of key Smart Home product categories. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn data into action u2014 optimizing listings, scaling advertising, and driving conversion within Amazonu2019s ecosystem. Youu2019ll play a direct role in growing revenue on one of the worldu2019s largest online marketplaces. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will own performance end-to-end u2014 from visibility to conversion to inventory health. This is an Onsite role M-F 9am-6pm. Requirements What Youu2019ll Own Category Ownership + Manage and grow assigned Smart Home product categories on Amazon + Drive sales performance through data-driven decisions and execution Promotions & Advertising + Plan and execute promotions (Prime Day, deals, coupons, seasonal events) + Own and optimize Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns + Allocate budgets based on performance and category priorities Listing Optimization + Optimize product listings including: + Titles, bullet points, and backend keywords + A+ content and product imagery + Improve conversion rates while reducing return rates Market & Competitive Analysis + Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and reviews + Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities within the category Reporting & Insights + Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics: + Traffic, conversion rate, sales (POS) + Translate data into actionable recommendations Inventory & Forecasting Support + Monitor inventory levels and product availability + Partner with internal teams to support forecasting and replenishment + Help prevent stockouts and overstock situations Requirements: Must-Haves: + Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited university/college + 1 Year of experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon Ads. + Prior internship or project experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or merchandising. + Strong analytical skills (Excel, pivot tables, large datasets) + Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves (but not deal-breakers): + Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Brand Analytics.
