Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Call Center Support team member to join our team in Reston, Virginia. In this Contract role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance and customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate technical support and solutions. u2022 Utilize service desk ticketing systems to document issues and track resolutions effectively. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. u2022 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear and thorough communication. u2022 Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary. u2022 Ensure all customer inquiries are handled within established service level agreements (SLAs). u2022 Provide guidance and education to users on best practices and system usage. u2022 Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. u2022 Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on emerging technologies and support processes. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in a help desk or call center support role. u2022 Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and processes. u2022 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment. u2022 Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. u2022 Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service. u2022 Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one. u2022 Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism.
