A successful family-owned distributor in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate. Job Type: Evaluation HireSchedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00a-5:00p Responsibilities: Coordinates all receiving, warehousing, shipping and distribution of materials by initiating, coordinating and fulfilling of orders Responsible for order fulfillment including driving a forklift and using machinery to spool and cut orders Inventory control and maintenance by ensuring materials are received and shipped correctly, as well as conducting physical counts; reconciling with data ERP system Warehouse cleaning and maintenance including maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement, general cleaning Requirements: 3-5 years of stable experience in a warehouse environment required Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklift Experience with FedEx and UPS online services, as well as International Shipping Knowledge of Meters-to-Feet conversions Basic Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle If you are looking for a long-term, stable warehouse position, apply today! #3449LID
