We have been asked by a client in Westfield, IN to help them find a Pool Service & Repair Technician. In this role you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools, perform hands-on renovation tasks, and support clients by ensuring their pool systems remain safe, clean, and fully functioning. You will work outdoors, operate hand and power tools, and collaborate with small crews during busy renovation periods while also performing solo service routes. Pay, Hours, & Benefits Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Hours: Monday through Friday schedule. Typical workday is 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with longer days and overtime during favorable weather Benefits: No weekends Company-provided tools Paid training Outdoor work environment What will you do as a Pool Service & Repair Technician? Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including pumps, heaters, sanitizers, and filters Install equipment according to safety and manufacturer guidelines Provide reliable, professional service with consistent client follow-up Communicate repair needs to clients and the service department Maintain proper pool system function and cleanliness Work independently on service routes and with 2-3 person crews during renovations Perform renovation tasks including cutting, sanding, painting, caulking, liner work, and use of power tools Interact professionally with homeowners and commercial clients What qualifications will you have as a Pool Service & Repair Technician? Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction is preferred.
