Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position will focus on leveraging Salesforce and related technologies to meet organizational needs within the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, coupled with expertise in data integration and system configuration. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, permission settings, security protocols, and sandbox release management. u2022 Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using tools such as Flow, OmniStudio, Lightning, and Experience Cloud. u2022 Oversee the implementation and management of Marketing Cloud, ensuring a smooth transition from previous platforms. u2022 Configure and optimize Data Cloud/Data 360 while implementing best practices for data management. u2022 Integrate data using platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, or other iPaaS solutions. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. u2022 Implement client-side scripting solutions to enhance user experience and system functionality. u2022 Develop and maintain APIs to support seamless communication between systems. u2022 Provide ongoing configuration management and support for system enhancements. u2022 Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all aspects of Salesforce development and integration Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. u2022 Proficiency in tools such as Flow, OmniStudio, Lightning, and Experience Cloud. u2022 Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud development and management. u2022 Strong knowledge of Data Cloud/Data 360 configuration and data management best practices. u2022 Expertise in data integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, or equivalent. u2022 Ability to create and maintain business requirement documents. u2022 Experience with client-side scripting and API development. u2022 Familiarity with higher education systems is a plus but not mandatory.
