Key Responsibilities + Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans + Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities + Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives + Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership + Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape + Lead and mentor junior members of the Strategic Planning team YOU MUST HAVE + Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles + Strong leadership and team management skills + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint + Excellent communication and presentation skills We Value + Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field + Experience in strategic planning in a global organization + Master's degree in business, Finance, or related field + Strong research and analytical skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines + Curiosity and eagerness to learn + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills The salary range for this position is ($130000-170000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
