Assists with coordinating and tracking the bureauu2019s compliance with federal audits and reviews. + Assist with the coordination of information and reports to other government agencies and administrative entities. Supports the oversight of research projects as needed or requested. + Makes recommendations regarding promising and best practices to management and LWDBs to support program efficiency and performance. + Evaluates and proposes enhancements to Floridau2019s workforce information technology systems to include Employ Florida and One-Stop Service Tracking. Assists with ensuring recommended enhancements align with state and federal laws, regulations, and policies for effective management of the labor exchange and case management activities. + Serves as liaison between the Policy & Guidance and Programmatic Monitoring units regarding trends that impact both units. This position serves as a unit leader for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training (E&T) and Welfare Transition (WT) program activities.
