Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This part-time 12 hour a week contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in financial operations and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a detail-oriented mindset, capable of handling a variety of accounting tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: u2022 Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records. u2022 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Process invoices and maintain billing records. u2022 Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial information. u2022 Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for daily operations. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows. u2022 Generate and review financial reports to support decision-making. u2022 Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies. u2022 Assist in preparing documentation for audits or regulatory reviews. u2022 Provide support in other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
