Job Description u25cfu2003The Ecommerce Site Merchandiser supports all ecommerce business needs by owning site merchandising execution across categories, promotions, launches, markdowns, and seasonal storytelling, ensuring accurate product tagging, categorization, navigation, filters, and recommendations throughout the product lifecycle. u25cfu2003This role partners closely with the Assistant Director to develop site search strategy, identify merchandising opportunities through reporting, and execute key product moments, while overseeing daily site QA, sale execution, and inventoryu2011driven merchandising decisions. u25cfu2003The role collaborates crossu2011functionally with marketing, email, creative, buying, warehouse, ecommerce operations, customer service, and development teams to support product launches, promotional strategies, website content updates, and functionality improvements. u25cfu2003Additionally, this role supports email campaigns, tracks inventory ETAs, participates in creative briefings, and plays a major role in weekly, monthly, and annual reportingu2014monitoring performance daily and adjusting merchandising strategy to drive conversion, discoverability, and overall online business growth.
