Description Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Shared Service Supervisor to oversee and optimize accounts payable and receivable functions. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial processes and vendor relationships while driving efficiency through technology. This role offers an opportunity to lead and support a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. u2022 Oversee invoice coding and processing, including check runs and ACH transactions. u2022 Conduct thorough research to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial policies. u2022 Manage relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and maintaining effective communication. u2022 Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to streamline workflows and generate financial reports. u2022 Lead and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall performance. u2022 Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency within shared service functions. u2022 Monitor and audit financial data to ensure alignment with organizational standards. u2022 Collaborate with internal departments to support seamless financial operations. u2022 Maintain updated knowledge of best practices and tools in accounts payable and receivable management. A degree in finance or accounting is preferred. The position will allow for light hybrid capabilities but all candidates must live in the local Knoxville and surrounding areas.
