You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center, and get the opportunity to design and deliver scaleable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus. Key job responsibilities As a developer on our team, youu2019ll own code end-to-end from design to development, and work closely with technical leaders within the team and across AWS. Youu2019ll have a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience, working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data and more A day in the life 1. Evaluate design decision that will make the system under design secure, scalable, fault tolerant, highly available with low latency. 2. Implement software solutions based on agreed upon design. 3. Improve the operational excellence of the services that the team owns. 4. Provide cross team impact by mentoring others, participating in operation, design, doc and other reviews and be a good team player on achieving team/org goals. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
