Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of transportation for outbound shipments from third-party warehouses, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving transportation issues. Responsibilities: u2022 Schedule and coordinate truck transportation for outbound shipments from third-party warehouse facilities. u2022 Communicate shipment details effectively with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments. u2022 Obtain freight quotes and choose carriers based on cost, service quality, and delivery timelines. u2022 Arrange full truckload and less-than-truckload shipments with approved carriers. u2022 Monitor shipment progress and address delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery. u2022 Maintain precise records, including bills of lading and other transportation-related documentation. u2022 Collaborate with warehouse partners to confirm pickup schedules and shipment instructions. u2022 Track freight expenses and contribute to cost-control efforts. u2022 Manage special shipping requirements, such as appointment scheduling and compliance with routing instructions. u2022 Support carrier performance evaluations and foster strong working relationships. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000.
