Job Description In this role, the PMO Analyst will support business and portfolio initiatives by managing project tracking, financial forecasting, and reporting across active workstreams. Day to day, they will prepare and maintain Excel and PowerPoint materials for benefits reviews, portfolio updates, and leadership reporting; track spend, forecasts, and ROI; and ensure project data is accurate and up to date across tools such as Jira and Smartsheet. The analyst will partner closely with technical and product stakeholders to monitor progress, surface risks and dependencies, and support escalation as needed, while operating independently and managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced PMO environment.
