You thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, and multiple content management systems don’t scare you.What You'll Do:Produce graphics, logos and videos to publish and distribute across all station social platforms.Create content that drives audience growth and engagement, while supporting station and sales needsHelp to plan and execute push alert and newsletter sends for top station & podcast contentUnderstand reporting systems like Google Analytics and Sprout, and how to use data to drive audience growthWork closely with Sales to create and execute client partnership campaigns Be an effective communicator (beyond email), and possess the ability to maintain a healthy working relationship in an open environment with all levels of the local/central organization Work with sales team on creation of content for sponsorship packagesWork with programming team on creation of logos and graphics for programming initiatives.Other duties as assignedRequired & Preferred:A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceBasic understanding of the different social media platformsFlexibility to work nights/weekends as neededAudio/video editing experience is a mustGraphic/logo creationPhotoshop experience is requiredUnderstanding of Adobe Premiere or similar video editing softwareHighly adept and proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or other similar applicationsSuperb organizational skills, attention to detail and time-managementExcellent communication skills, written and spokenA valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.Please be aware that Audacy willneverask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
