Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing high-volume invoice processing and vendor communications while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Handle high volumes of invoices, ranging from 100 to 300 per day, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. u2022 Manage exception queues and resolve discrepancies in the system promptly. u2022 Conduct vendor follow-ups to address outstanding issues and maintain positive relationships. u2022 Utilize Birchstreet software for invoice submission and management. u2022 Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to ensure proper documentation. u2022 Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports as required. u2022 Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and resolve challenges. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all accounts payable tasks. u2022 Support the team with additional duties as needed to meet organizational goals. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environment. u2022 Proficiency in invoice processing, coding, and vendor statement reconciliation. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address discrepancies effectively. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work setting. u2022 Excellent communication skills for vendor and team interactions. u2022 High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. u2022 Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not required.
