Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a Pre-litigation Paralegal to support a personal injury and disability firm in Knoxville, TN. This individual will manage cases from initial intake through settlement, serving as a key point of contact for clients while ensuring files move efficiently and accurately ensuring files move efficiently and accurately through the preu2011litigation process. Dayu2011tou2011Day Responsibilities - Manage a highu2011volume caseload of personal injury matters during the preu2011litigation phase - Conduct detailed client intakes and maintain consistent, professional communication throughout the lifecycle of the case - Request, review, and organize medical records, medical bills, insurance documents, and related case materials - Draft demand letters, case summaries, and routine correspondence - Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and thirdu2011party vendors - Track medical treatment, liens, and critical case deadlines - Prepare and submit demand packages for settlement review and negotiation - Assist attorneys with case evaluation, issue identification, and negotiation preparation - Maintain accurate and upu2011tou2011date case notes and documentation within the firmu2019s case management system - Deliver exceptional client service with empathy, professionalism, and urgency We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
