You will work under the leaders of our team, while contributing to the development of business needs for u201cBrands that Inspireu201d._ _Unique opportunity to work on a founder led brand with a leader of the beauty industry._ The Intern will work with the Global Senior Digital Content Manager and be mentored in their designated departments. The intern will work on an assigned project while assisting with everyday business needs. Role would partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams. Theyu2019llsupport everyday business needs while gaining handsu2011on experience with global content workflows and exposure to real-time campaign execution and local market needs. The Intern is a well-rounded student with good academic standing. They must be creative, organized, and ready to learn and work with a team In this role you will be responsible for: + _Support social/digital/paid asset reviews, track feedback rounds and approvals, maintain trackers and documentation, and assist with creative file organization and campaign timelines._ + _Assist with Content hub uploads and metadata (gathering assets from our Digital content creation team based in LA, ensuring proper naming, uploading into our Coty databases)_ + _Coordinate meetings, agendas, and notes; help compile decks, reports, and internal updates; support adu2011hoc tasks tied to launches and campaigns._ + _Assist with light influencer program administration in partnership with Marketing (event, influencer reviews, mailers, seeding)_ QUALIFICATIONS Weu2019d love to see candidates who have: _Essential:_ + _Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related_ + _Prior internship experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or marketing_ + _Must be able to work 40 hours per week_ + _Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail_ + _Strong written and verbal communication skills_ + _Business background with strong analytical and technical skills_ _Desirable:_ + _Degree concentration in areas relating to Digital content/Marketing/Project management_ + _Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach_ + _A natural aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking_ + _A curious mind open to knowledge and instruction_ + _Passion for Beauty Industry_ This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
