About the Role The Assistant General Manager works closely with the Director of Operations and provides hands-on leadership and strategic support to both Front of House and Back of House teams with a specific focus on the Beer, Wine, and Cocktail programs. The AGM collaborates with the Management Team to ensure we consistently deliver phenomenal service, including best-in-class culinary and beverage offerings for every guest. This leader will guide, educate, and inspire the team to create an outstanding guest experience while fostering a positive, professional, and high-performing work environment for all employees.
