JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilities: Level 1: 1. Learns andcomplies with CORE requirements: Key Behaviors / Company Policies GMP /General Safety / PPE 2. Learns and complies with area HOUSEKEEPINGrequirements during shift and shift hand off 3. Executes QUALITY PlanProperly manage inventory using FEFO rotation process. Identify out ofspec packaging materials, pallet tag information, or lot codes onfinished goods. Work with Warehouse Manager and Quality team to isolateand hold inventory as appropriate. 4. EQUIPMENT OPERATION andADJUSTMENT: Pass King Juice forklift certification test Be able tooperate a forklift in an efficient manner by prioritizing safety thruproper speed, horn usage, and other methods. Safely operate offlinestretch wrapper as needed. Clear palletizer and production stretchwrapper jams as needed. Able to load pallets in our 3-high drive inracking and double stack pallets correctly. Supply production lines thecorrect materials for the products running; including film, cardboard,and pallets. Learn how to change pallet wrapping film. Charge forkliftduring lunch break and end of shift. 5. DOCUMENTATION: Ensure accurateinventory documentation and production records. Be able to read andunderstand (RPO's) daily production schedules. 6. SANITATION iscompleted at scheduled intervals in warehouse areas, and proactivelywhen time is available. 7. PERFORMANCE: Demonstrates ability toconsistently perform the above duties and responsibilities deliveringtargeted levels of Safety, Quality, and Production Performance Level 2:Level 1 proficiency for ALL LINES plus below: Learn to receive inboundshipments and process paperwork correctly. Manage the de-palletizers:Supplying each line with the correct bottle, removing (dunnage) palletsfrom magazines. Keep the floor free from broken glass. Learn how tocreate partial pallet license plates in B.C. / for combining partials.Effectively COMMUNICATES issues and opportunities with other Warehouse,Production, and Quality Team members. TRAINS new operators to level 1capability ENGAGES in performance problem solving PERFORMANCE:Demonstrates ability to consistently perform the above duties andresponsibilities delivering targeted levels of Safety, Quality, andProduction Performance Level 3: Level 2 proficiency for ALL LINES plusbelow: TRAINS operators to Level 2 -3 capability Learn shipping: Printout load tickets, work the handheld scanners correctly. Load trucks withappropriate airbags. Post shipments/ double check B.O.L. Appropriatelycoordinates trailer loading by communicating with external truck driversbased on shipment schedule and priorities. Consistently chocks trailertires before loading. Learn to resolve scanner or posting load errorsthat may arise. Able to cover all forklift positions.
