Overview The Zenith Precision team is passionate about data and advocates for and trains communication planning teams to leverage live data to surface audience insights and uncover new audience segments. This highly focused team is dedicated to leveraging Ad Tech in order to achieve this goal. The Senior Campaign Manager (SCM) owns strategic planning and campaign execution for an assigned client. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the SCM to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in their portfolio and implement campaigns with the support of Campaign Managers (CMs) and Associate CMs. Senior Campaign Managers train CMs and Associate CMs on client specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on best practices related to client communication. The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization. SCMs must possess a strong inner drive to contribute. Responsibilities u00b7 Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign u00b7 Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations u00b7 Oversight of larger and more strategic accounts and client relationships u00b7 Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with AOD customers through exceptional client service u00b7 Formulate proposals for new client opportunities u00b7 Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch u00b7 Partner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation u00b7 Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities u00b7 Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation u00b7 Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns u00b7 Oversee campaign QA process u00b7 Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable u00b7 Lead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating Campaign Managers and Campaign Specialists, helping to support campaigns u00b7 Attend client meetings, as needed u00b7 Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance Qualifications u00b7 Four-year college degree u00b7 Must have 2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations u00b7 Hands on experience working with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Walmart DSP and Amazon DSP u00b7 Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues u00b7 Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions u00b7 Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills u00b7 Excellent communication and writing skills u00b7 Strong project management skills u00b7 Strong desire to contribute to a team Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto u201cViva La Diffu00e9renceu201d means weu2019re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: $60,600 - $93,600. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
