The Role This role is focused on driving hotel performance in all areas, with emphasis on financial performance, guest service, and brand standard adherence. The role oversees a team of Franchise Performance Leads who maximize Hyattu2019s brand value to our owners and operators. The role also supports the development, testing, and implementation of brand initiatives and changes in Rooms, Food and Beverage, Information Technology, and Facility Management for Hyattu2019s Classics & Luxury franchise portfolio. Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions u2022Lead and inspire the Franchise Performance Leads team to partner with owners and operators to drive mutual success. u2022Drive financial performance including top-line sales, revenue management, brand contribution, and efficiency initiatives. u2022Ensure guest service performance metrics are centered on portfolio health: cleanliness, working order, and customer service. u2022Advance adherence to brand standards through execution of Hyattu2019s accountability programs. u2022Interface and coordinate with Brand Portfolio Leaders, Managed Field Operations, Americas Performance Hub, Finance, and Design and Construction departments to meet timelines and criteria. u2022Oversee the screening approval process for new Franchise Operators. u2022Support Training initiatives with a focus on training compliance to ensure brand protection. u2022Involvement at a strategic level in all areas of Information Technology implementations current and ongoing in the brands. u2022Oversee implementation of changes and updates to all areas in Food & Beverage. u2022Collaborate with brand support on hotel openings and ongoing items and opportunities. u2022Responsible for management of procurement vendors and new/existing contractors. u2022Ensure fluent knowledge and implementation of Classics and Luxury Portfolio Standards and Operational Procedures. u2022Demonstrate a commitment to Hyattu2019s core values. Qualifications: Experience Required: u2022Deep financial background with the ability to analyze and assess both portfolioand hotel-level data u20225 years of Full-Service Hotel General Manager and/or corporate leadership experience in the Hospitality Segment u2022Prior experience with contract execution, project management, and facility planning required Experience Preferred: u2022Bacheloru2019s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Business preferred u2022Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook u2022Knowledge of AI Tools and Capabilities u2022Instructional programs, SharePoint, Project Management The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
