This role supports resident satisfaction, occupancy goals, and overall property presentation standards.DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe following duties are essential to the successful performance of this position. This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary to meet operational needs.1. Common Area Cleaning and Presentation- Clean office, clubroom, and restrooms daily.- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.- Clean interior windows and mirrors.- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.- Clean kitchen/break areas, if applicable.2. Model and Show Unit Maintenance- Vacuum, dust, and touch-up clean model and show units daily.- Ensure units are fresh, odor-free, and guest-ready at all times .3. Laundry Room Maintenance- Thoroughly clean laundry rooms, including floors, machines, trash cans, and windows.- Clean dryer vents as scheduled.- Remove lint and debris to maintain safety and efficiency .4. Make-Ready and Turnover Support- Clean make-ready apartments as assigned.- Perform final touch-up cleaning prior to move-ins.- Ensure units meet company move-in standards.5. Inventory and Supply Management- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials.- Notify management when supplies are low.- Use cleaning products properly and efficiently.6.
