The New York City office of Kaufman Dolowich, recognized by U.S. News as one of the “Best Companies to Work For - Law Firm,” is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with a minimum of two years of experience handling program matters, including coverage analysis as well as monitoring matters involving D&O management liability, employment practices liability, lawyers professional liability and other professional liability lines. This position offers flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, dynamic national firm of more than 250 attorneys, where you will work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing insurance policiesDrafting coverage opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimersMonitoring D&O, EPL, LPL and E&O cases across the U.S.Retaining and communicating with defense counsel for InsuredsPreparing bordereau and other clients-specific reportsReporting and meeting with underwriters and program producersQualificationsExperience interpreting D&O, EPL, LPL, E&O and various other insurance policiesDrafting coverage opinions and coverage lettersExperience with Lloyd’s of London program accounts, highly preferredSuperior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsWhy KD?Uncapped opportunities for career advancementTeam-first culture with open communication and supportImpactful work that drives real client resultsRobust bonus programBase Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer.
