While competitors may offer higher salaries, few can match Sabey's positive culture, purpose-driven mission, and long-term career growth opportunities.About This RoleAs an Operations Center Technician, you will serve as a key point of coordination between customers and data center operations teams.You’llmonitorsystems, respond to real-time alerts, and provide remote hands support that ensures seamless operations for customers relying on Sabey’s infrastructure.This role is ideal for someone early in their IT or data center career who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a highly collaborative environment.You’llgain exposure to mission-critical systems, operational processes, and emerging technologies—while buildinga strong foundationfor long-term growth within Sabey.Your Contribution Will Likely IncludeProviding remote hands support to customers, includingtimelyexecution of requests and clear communicationMonitoring data center systems using alerting and ticketing platformsTriaging incoming issues and providing Level 1 support for operational eventsCoordinating with on-site operations teams to communicate customer impacts and updatesManaging and documenting customer requests, activities, and reportsObserving and tracking maintenance activities and issuing notifications as neededSupporting internal data center projects and operational initiativesFollowing and helping improve operational processes and proceduresIdentifyingopportunities to enhance service delivery for internal and external customersLeveraging AI and automation tools to streamline documentation, communication, and tracking tasksExperience You Will BringHigh School Diploma or GEDrequiredExposure to Information Technology (IT) or a related fieldStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks without sacrificing qualityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiencywith Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologiesInterest in and willingness to use AI tools and automation technologiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsPhysical ability tolift upto 80 pounds and work with tools as neededSabey's Investment in YouSabey is committed to building an enduring, next-generation company that values and invests in the success of its team members.
