The role includes performing routine inspections, conducting preventive maintenance, and responding to service requests to reduce downtime and support overall facility operations.The candidate selected for this position must successfully qualify for and progress through the career path training program to Mechanic A.ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities using basic hand and power tools.Perform basic electrical, lighting, wiring, plumbing, pipefitting, and carpentry tasks.Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.Perform snow and ice removal using manual and powered equipment and complete related maintenance activities.Demonstrate a working understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams, including blueprints, maps, and schematics.Utilize basic PCbased systems to access, retrieve, enter, and verify jobrelated information.Support the operation and maintenance of company facilities, including warehouses, garages, office spaces, production environments, and associated outdoor areas.Work collaboratively and constructively within a team environment while supporting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.Execute all work safely and efficiently in alignment with the organizations commitment to operational excellence., , , ,
