Job Description One of North Americau2019s largest and most respected engineering and construction companies is looking for an Office Manager to support a large energy project in New York. This role will require strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel as well as Concur for travel booking and expenses. You will be managing and stocking day-to-day office inventory and be a liaison to communicate with other offices. You will assist with shipping requests via FedEx and be available as ad-hoc needs arise. You will additionally utilize SAP and GEP procurement software for purchasing, which our client will provide training for. We are looking for a team player with reliable transportation who can start immediately. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, time management skills, and can-do attitude. This is a contract position requiring 5 days onsite in Albany, NY.
